LOOKEE® Tech Terms of Use

Thank you for using LOOKEE® Tech Services. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, mobile applications, software, devices, and websites (collectively, the “Services”) provided by LOOKEE® Tech, the registered trade name of Best-Supplier International Inc., incorporated in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and registered to do business in the United States.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use our Services and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services or purchase products from LOOKEE® Tech.
By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Parties to This Agreement
You are one party to this agreement. The other party is LOOKEE® Tech (Best-Supplier International Inc.).
2. Your Information & Permissions
When you use the Services, you provide information such as your name, email address, and wellness or device measurement data (“Your Information”). Your Information remains yours.
You grant LOOKEE® Tech a limited right to host, store, back up, process, and transmit Your Information solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including sharing with trusted third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Sharing Your Information
The Services may allow you to share information with third parties (for example, exporting reports or connecting third-party health platforms). You are responsible for any information you choose to share.
4. Your Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use the Services, you must create a registered LOOKEE® account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Use a strong password and notify us immediately at support@lookeetech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connectivity & Devices
Use of the Services may require compatible mobile devices, software, and internet connectivity. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining these. LOOKEE® Tech is not responsible for internet or telecommunications availability.
Minors
The Services are intended for use by adults. Minors may use LOOKEE® devices and Services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Software
Some Services require downloading software (“Software”). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely to access the Services.
The Software may update automatically for security or performance. If any Software component is governed by an open-source license, that license will control. Except where prohibited by law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
6. Modification of Services
LOOKEE® Tech may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features or storage limits. Updates may be applied automatically.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, trademarks, logos, and brand features, belong to LOOKEE® Tech or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. LOOKEE® Tech may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for twelve (12) months.
9. No Medical Advice
The Services, devices, and information provided by LOOKEE® Tech are for general wellness, informational, and device-operation purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided through the Services.
10. Services Provided “AS IS”
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKEE® TECH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $20 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOOKEE® TECH FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising from the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact LOOKEE® Tech at support@lookeetech.com and attempt informal resolution. If unresolved after fifteen (15) days, either party may pursue formal remedies.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LOOKEE® Tech regarding the Services.
15. Waiver, Severability & Assignment
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOOKEE® Tech and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
17. Changes to These Terms
LOOKEE® Tech may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
