COVID-19: Impact on Shipping


LOOKEE® Tech shipping and delivery times for most shipments appear to be unaffected currently. Please note that specific areas may experience delivery delays based on local conditions.


Although many packages are still arriving on a normal delivery timetable, there is potential that international packages may be delayed in transit.

Please note that as the COVID-19 situation develops, international delivery speed and availability is variable and subject to change quickly. As part of COVID-19 prevention measures, some countries have limited available shipping options or have halted inbound shipping altogether. Any shipping options shown at checkout on reflect the current available shipping options for that country.

Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, government regulations may prevent us from shipping your order on time. We are working to implement contingency plans and will send your order as soon as possible. 3. Shipping Service Options:

United States:
A. Free Shipping in Standard Service in 5-7 business days.
B. Expedited Shipping in 3-4 business days.
C. Priority Shipping in 2-3 business days

Other Countries Available:
FedEx International Priority in 3-5 business days.
USPS International Standard Shipping in 10-15 business days. (Some countries only)

4. Order Cancellation Policy:

If you change your mind, you may cancel the order by contacting us if the order hasn't been processed for fulfillment service, and you will get full refund.

However, we can't accept order cancellation once the order has been shipped. If you want to return the product, please contact our Customer Support Team at to get RMA# and Shipping Instruction and Return Shipping Address. No return will be accepted and NO refund will be issued if the return package doesn't come with RMA# and is not shipped to the correct warehouse from the Shipping Instruction.

If the customer refused the delivery, and the order was returned to the original fulfillment center successfully, $19 will be charged for such rejected shipment to cover order fulfillment and return service from the fulfillment center. We will deduct this charge from the refund amount.

5. RMA Shipping Policy for 1-Year Warranty:

We offer one year manufacturer warranty for all LOOKEE® products. Please contact our support team at for RMA. Please do not return your device without the authorization or else it will be rejected. There is a processing and shipping fee that may apply to some products to cover the special repacking, insurance shipment of the replacement as well as the expedited shipping. You will also be given a specific address where to return your device. The exchange or replacement can only be authorized when the return is received by our RMA warehouse. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to LOOKEE TECH. We recommend shipping your product with a courier who provides tracking and insurance options. LOOKEE TECH is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
