1. Fulfillment and Shipping Centers.
To ensure the best possible customer experience, LOOKEE® Tech ships orders from our fulfillment centers located in the United States and Canada.
2. Countries we are shipping to.
We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to our Customer Support Team through any of the following channels:

3. Shipping Service Options:
United States:
- Standard Shipping (Free): Delivered within 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3–4 business days
- Priority Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days
Canada:
- Standard Shipping (Free): Delivered within 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3–4 business days
International (Selected Countries):
- FedEx International Priority: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
- USPS International Standard: Estimated delivery in 10–15 business days (available in select countries only)
4. Order Cancellation Policy:
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order before it has been processed for fulfillment to receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted. If you’d still like to return the product, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at Support@LookeeTech.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), along with return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without an RMA# or to the wrong address will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
If the package is refused upon delivery and successfully returned to our fulfillment center, a $19 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover fulfillment and return processing costs.
5. RMA Shipping Policy for 1-Year Warranty:
All LOOKEE® products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support Team at Support@LookeeTech.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Do not return any items without an authorized RMA, as unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Depending on the product, a processing and shipping fee may apply. This covers special repackaging, insured shipment of the replacement unit, and expedited delivery.
You will receive the specific return address once your RMA is approved. A replacement or exchange will only be processed after your returned device is received and verified at our RMA warehouse.
Please note:
- You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to LOOKEE®.
- We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance, as LOOKEE® TECH is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
