LOOKEE App Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how LOOKEE App users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

You can delete your LOOKEE App account and all data associated with it using the account-deletion option in the LOOKEE App.

To request deletion of your LOOKEE App account and associated data through our website, email support@lookeetech.com or use our contact form. State that you are requesting LOOKEE App account and data deletion and provide the email address associated with your LOOKEE account.

LOOKEE provides free cloud backup and retains your account information and backed-up data while your LOOKEE account exists. Account deletion removes your account information and all associated data stored on our servers, including cloud-backed-up device measurements and reports.
