1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

To use the LOOKEE® App, users must create a LOOKEE® account. During registration, we collect the following mandatory information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Biological sex
  • Birth year (used to calculate age for report accuracy)

The following information is optional:

  • Height
  • Weight

Optional information helps personalize certain wellness summaries but is not required to use the app.

You may also provide information when contacting support, submitting feedback, participating in promotions, or requesting services.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the LOOKEE® App or LOOKEE® devices, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and operating system information
  • Application usage statistics
  • Bluetooth connection and synchronization status
  • Diagnostic data such as crash logs
  • Measurement data generated by LOOKEE® devices (e.g., oxygen level, pulse rate, ECG recordings, sleep duration, movement patterns)

This information is used to operate the app, improve performance, and provide support.

1.3 Information From Third-Party Sources

With your permission, we may receive information from third-party platforms.

Health Platform Integrations

If you choose to connect a supported health platform, the LOOKEE® App may read or write data according to your authorization:

  • Apple Health (iOS)
  • Google Fit (Android)
  • Health Connect (Android)

Only the data types you approve will be shared. You may revoke access at any time through the respective platform settings.

1.4 Non-Personal Information

We may collect aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify individuals, such as usage statistics and system performance metrics, to improve our services.

1.5 PLATFORM-SPECIFIC PERMISSIONS (iOS & ANDROID)

The LOOKEE® App may request device permissions solely to enable selected features. Permissions are optional and can be managed in system settings.

iOS (Apple Devices)

  • Bluetooth Access – Used to discover, pair, and sync LOOKEE® devices.
  • Camera Access – Used only for QR code scanning during device setup.
  • Photos / Files Access – Used only when exporting or saving reports.
  • Notifications – Used for optional reminders, alerts, and device updates.

LOOKEE® does not collect or store precise location data on iOS.

Android Devices

  • Bluetooth Access – Used for device pairing and data synchronization.
  • Location Access (Android OS requirement) – Required by Android for Bluetooth scanning; LOOKEE® does not collect or store location data.
  • Camera Access – Used only for QR code scanning.
  • Files / Media Access – Used only when exporting or saving reports.

1.6 HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage LOOKEE® accounts
  • Operate and improve LOOKEE® products and services
  • Sync, store, and display wellness data
  • Generate reports and summaries
  • Provide customer support
  • Secure accounts and prevent fraud
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Provide marketing communications where permitted and with consent
  • Conduct internal analytics using de-identified data

We collect only the information necessary to provide these functions.

2. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Our website and applications may use cookies, log files, and analytics tools to improve performance and understand usage trends. These tools do not access personal wellness measurements.

We do not sell personal information.
