Sit comfortably, rest your arm on a table, and ensure the cuff is at heart level.

No. Wait 30 minutes after eating, smoking, or exercising for accurate results.

It shows your blood pressure level based on World Health Organization guidelines (Green = Normal, Yellow = Elevated, Red = High).

Yes, it detects irregular heartbeats (IHB) and displays a symbol if found.

Your LOOKEE A2 can display pressure readings in either kPa or mmHg. To switch the unit to mmHg (the standard unit for blood pressure):

  1. Press and hold the START button, then press and hold the MEM button at the same time for about 3 seconds to enter the settings menu.
  2. Navigate through the settings until you find the unit option.
  3. Select mmHg as your preferred measurement unit.
  4. Confirm and exit the settings.

Your future readings will now be displayed in mmHg instead of kPa.

MWI (Measurement While Inflation) is an advanced technology that measures your blood pressure while the cuff is inflating, rather than after. This provides several benefits:

  • Faster and more comfortable readings — the cuff doesn’t need to inflate as high as traditional monitors.
  • Less pressure on your arm, reducing discomfort.
  • Accurate results for both systolic and diastolic pressure during a smoother measurement process.

You’ll notice that the device starts displaying your readings sooner, and the cuff will deflate more quickly once the measurement is complete.

The LOOKEE A2 supports two user profilesUser 1 and User 2 — to store readings separately. To switch users:

  1. Make sure the device is turned off.
  2. Press the MEM button once — the screen will light up showing User 1 or User 2.
  3. Press the MEM button again to toggle between users.
  4. Wait a few seconds, and the selected user will be saved automatically.

Each user can store up to 120 readings independently.
